Return Policy
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days after your product has been received. Items must be unused, with the original tag still intact. The product(s) must be in the same condition it was received. Please provide pictures to the email stated below of any damage to your item and we will provide a return label.
Once we receive your return, we will review your request and inspect the item. We’ll follow up with an email once item(s) have been received and another email after its been inspected, informing you if your request has been approved. All approved claims will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 - 5 business days.
Order Issues: Incorrect Orders: Any products ordered incorrectly by customer, depending on issue will be refunded for the price of the product only.
Problem Orders: Any misprinted/damaged/defective items, must be handled with pictures from the customer of what the issue is with your product. After photo proof has been sent and evaluated by our team, you will be fully refunded and a return slip will be sent to the email address provided on order. Your credit card will be refunded 2-8 days (depending on your banking terms) after we receive your damaged item.
